We believe in fostering a relationship between parents/caregivers and children. Our aim is to work with parents & caregivers by helping them to understand their child’s challenging behaviour and equip them with knowledge and skills to deal with behaviour.
Angeline, Social Worker and Proprietor of Family Love is a full member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. She holds a Master in Social Work and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. She also holds a certificate of accreditation from Pearson Clinical to administer the Vineland Functional Capacity Assessment Tool. She has eight years of experience working as a Social Worker and an Education Support. She has a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS workers screening check and a WA police check.

Functional Capacity Assessment
Functional Capacity Assessment is assessing your child’s functional abilities and limitations in performing everyday activities.
Using the standardised assessment tool, Vineland 3rd edition, which is well received by the NDIS, we undertake an assessment to provide solid evidence of your child’s strengths and weaknesses.
Specialist Support Coordination
Are you facing difficulties accessing services in the community?
At Family Love, we can help you address and overcome immediate barriers to access support in the community. We will also help to design a service plan if appropriate to meet your needs.
Pricing
Thank you for choosing Family Love. At Family Love, we value all our participants. We are committed to providing and accessible, affordable and high quality services to all our participants. Our fees are generally lower than the NDIS gazetted rate.
(Functional Capacity Assessment 3rd Ed) – $193.99 per hour (Perth Metropolitan only).
Specialist Support Coordination- $190.55 per hour (Perth Metropolitan only).
